They were highly conscious of harassment prevention and its deal, and many of them were paying much attention to their own speech and behavior on a routine basis. After the workshop, changes in attitudes of most participants were recognized. That means the workshop was effective. The problem is that the consciousness of women faculty and staff in their 20s and 30s is a little low and that they are thought to be in danger of becoming potential harassers. Also, this survey suggested the important roles of human rights enlightenment committee, such as the decision on who to be in charge of a case, and continuous enlightenment activities to students.",
