| 内容記述 | 老年看護学実習の実習評価は，学びの質に焦点を当てて形成的評価を行う評価方法のルーブリック評価を 取り入れた。まだ1年間の試行段階であるが，今回のルーブリック評価の導入において，老年看護学実習の目 的・目標を達成するために効果的な活用ができることが示唆された。高齢者の老化の過程や生活者の理解に ついて達成度が高く，実習プロセスの中で繰り返し目標への振り返りが可能となった。一方で、医療依存度 の高い高齢者の理解や社会資源・サポートシステムへの理解が不十分であることが明らかとなり，ルーブリ ックのレベルを設定する際の目標の表現など修正点や課題が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to assess the practice of gerontological nursing, we introduced Rubric for formative evaluation that was focused on the quality of learning. Despite of only one year’s trial, it was suggested that the Rubric was proven to be a very effective way to achieve the aim of the practice of gerontological nursing. Also, it was clarified that there were some challenges and modifications such as the expressions of the aims in setting levels of the Rubric.
