| 内容記述 | 3歳児A男・B子・C男の入園当初から一学期間の行動観察記録を中心に、子どもの人間関係の育ちと教師の関わりについて考察した結果、子どもの人間関係の育ちには、まず教師との信頼関係が重要なポイントと考えられる。そのことで、子どもの気持ちが安定し、子どもは他者を意識し始め、友だちと遊ぶことは楽しいという気持ちを味わい、自分から友だちと関わって遊ぶようになると考えられる。教師の関わりとしては、まず、教師は子ども一人ひとりのペースに合わせて1対1で子どもと一緒に園生活を過ごすことが重要なポイントであると考えられる。そして、子どもの気持ちを受けとめたり、友だちの仲立ちをしたり、友だちと関わっている様子を見守ったりしながら援助することが大切であると考えられる。さらに、どの子どもも集団の中でよい点が印象づけられるよう配慮することも必要であると思われる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Growth of 3 three-year-old children's (Boy A, Girl B and Boy C) interpersonal relationship and teacher's intervention are considered mainly through the action observation record during the first term just after the entrance into a kindergarten. The mutual trust with their teacher is thought to be important first of all. If they have mutual trust with their teacher, their feelings are steady, then they begin to consider others, and enjoy playing with their friends voluntarily. Regarding teacher's intervention, it is thought essential that the teacher shares some time with each child at his or her pace. It is also important for the teacher to accept children's feelings, help them mingle, and watch them play with their friends. In addition, it seems necessary that teachers see to it that each child's good point is impressed in the children's group. | |||||
