 note = {P(論文), オーストラリアにて2016年度の国際交流活動を実施した。10日間（移動3日）の国際交流活動内容と学生の学びから、今後の活動を推進するにあたっての資料とし報告する。学生は国際交流活動を通して「文化や生活の違い」「医療の違い」「人と触れ合う中での英会話の楽しさ」「活動を通して親や友人に対する感謝」を学び、気づくことができていた。これらの学びや気づきはグローバル化した世の中で育成・活用していくべき「グローバル人材」の要素を含んでいた。今後もグローバルな視点で学びや気づきがより多くなるよう国際交流活動内容の充実を図っていきたいと考える。, Niimi College had Study Tour to Australia and the authors escorted the tour. This paper aims to report the international tour andwhat the student learnt through the tour so that we may be able to have better study tours.We have found out that through the international study tour the students learnt “differences in cultures and life styles,” “differences inmedicine,” “enjoyment of communication in English” and “gratefulness to their parents and friends noticed through the activity.” Theselearnings are important in the global age and should be nourished so that the students will be global citizens. With this analysis, wewould like to further improve our international study tours and international exchange activity.},
