@article{oai:niimi-c.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000344, author = {杉本, 幸枝 and 山本, 智恵子 and 土井, 英子}, journal = {新見公立大学紀要}, month = {}, note = {本研究は,基礎看護学実習Ⅱにおける学生の実習記録から受持患者の特性及び抽出した看護診断,学生の目標到達度自己評価を分析し,看護過程の教育効果を高めるための方法について検討することを目的とする。平成23年度に基礎看護学実習Ⅱを履修したA大学看護学部の2年次生64名に対して,調査研究を行った。その結果,受け持ち患者の平均入院日数は64.6日であった。また,主な疾患は整形外科領域が最も多かった。看護診断ラベル数は平均4.7個であった。NANDA-I 13領域でみると『活動/休息』の領域が最も多かったが,ほぼ全領域の看護診断が抽出されていた。看護診断ラベルでみると,「セルフケア不足」「転倒リスク」「皮膚統合性障害」が多かった。 実習目標の到達度について,学生の自己評価はコミュニケーション,看護過程展開とも低い結果であった。自己評価が高くなるよう改善するために,看護過程論での演習事例に模擬患者を導入し,コミュニケーションを基盤にした演習の工夫が必要である。 This study aimed to examine methods to enhance the educational effects of the nursing process by analyzing patients' characteristics, nursing diagnoses, and students' self-evaluated goal achievement extracted from their records during Basic Nursing Clinical Training Program II. The study involved 64 second-year students of A Nursing University, who completed Basic Nursing Clinical Training Program II within school year 2011/12. As a result, the mean length of the hospital stay of their patients was 64.6 days. Orthopedic diseases were diagnosed most frequently, accounting for less than 40%. The mean number of nursing diagnosis labels was 4.7. Almost all domains in the list of NANDA-I 13 were extracted, among which "Activity / Rest" was observed most frequently. Among nursing diagnosis labels, "self-care deficit", "risk for falls", and "impaired skin integrity" were frequently observed.The degree of students' self-evaluated goal achievement related to both communication and the development of the nursing process was low.
