 note = {本研究の目的は，成人看護学実習前に行う，Ｃ病院実習における事前学習および演習の実際と今後の課題を明らかにすることである。2011年度Ａ短期大学看護学科の成人看護学実習Ｃ病院で実習を行った前期実習終了者３年次生22名に事前学習・演習についてのアンケート調査を行った。その結果，事前学習は学生が受け持つ患者の疾患（心不全・脳梗塞・糖尿病）の学習が多く，また技術に関する事前学習も疾患に関連したものであった。さらに演習内容では輸液の演習が多く，寝たきり患者の清拭や足浴などの応用技術に関しては半数程度にとどまっていた。実習後，応用技術について実施しておけばよかったとの記述もあった。以上のことから，事前学習のオリエンテーション時に患者のイメージを持たせた応用技術の演習内容の指導や効果的な演習内容について検討する必要性があることが考えられ，今後の課題となった。　This study aims to show the actual state and future challenges of the preparatory learning and practicing at C hospital nursing practice given before the adult nursing practice. I sent out questionnaires about preparatory learning and practicing to 22 third year students who completed B hospital adult nursing practice for the A junior college, nursing department 2011 course in the previous semester. The results show that students got preparatory learning mainly about the diseases (heart failure, stroke, diabetes) of patients whom they were in charge of and preparatory learning about skills they got were also on these diseases. Likewise, in the practical training, they got a lot of blood transfusion trainings but only half of them got the trainings for application skills such as bed bath or foot bath for bedridden patients. After the nursing practice, some wrote that she should have practiced application skills. From these results, we can see the need of consideration about showing students the ways of practical training of applicable skills with images of patients at the orientation for the preparatory learning and about effective contents of practical trainings, and these remain to be solved.},
