 note = {本研究は，成人看護学実習における学生の授業評価をとおして，今後の実習指導への示唆を得ることを目的として調査を行ったものである。その結果，学生は，オリエンテーション，学習内容や方法，学習への期待度，学習目標の設定などの実習の教育システムに関して適切であると高く評価していた。また，患者との関係構築において教員の指導や配慮を高く評価しており，教員や指導者の指導を受け，学習内容や方法において適切に実習できていると評価していた。一方，教員・指導者の学生への対応に対して適切でないとも感じており，学生を個別性をもった学習者としてその存在を認めること，そしてその関わりに公平性を求めていることが分かった。学生の実習評価の結果から，教員・看護師はともに，学生に対し無意図的に否定的な態度をとっている可能性があり，そのことを意識し，自分自身が看護専門職のロールモデルになれるよう，資質向上に努めることの必要性が示唆された。　This study explored teaching strategies using student course evaluation of practical training in nursing education. The results showed that the students highly evaluated the practical learning system, such as orientation, curriculums and learning methods, course expectations, and determining learning objectives. The students also highly evaluated the teaching ability and thorough considerations of teachers, and responded that they could successfully learn the curriculum from teachers and instructors. On the other hand, the students were not satisfied with the support from teachers and instructors, which revealed that the students place emphasis on the individuality of learners and seek fairness in teacher-student involvement. The results also indicated that teachers and nurses may unintentionally have a negative attitude toward students, suggesting the need for teachers to be aware of this and try to improve their quality as a teacher to become a good role model for nursing professionals.},
