{"created":"2023-06-19T07:54:06.255677+00:00","id":372,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"3b12d641-ad3c-4f8f-9c6b-98b67f4e3180"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"372","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"372"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niimi-c.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000372","sets":["22:25"]},"author_link":[],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"19","bibliographicPageStart":"11","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"33","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"新見公立大学紀要"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":" 本研究の目的は,短期大学教育で実施した認知症対応型グループホームでの老年看護学実習における学生の学習内容を実習目標に沿って帰納的に評価し,今後の教育上の示唆を得ることである。対象は,2011年度に臨地実習を経験したA短期大学看護学科3年次生であった。研究方法は,老年看護学実習終了時に学びを焦点化する記録用紙に記載された内容を実習目標に照合して帰納的に分類したうえで,内容の類似性に着目してカテゴリー化を行った。学生が焦点化した学びの内容は9つの実習目標を網羅していた。高齢者の生活の場であるグループホームでの実習の学びの特徴として,高齢者を肯定的に理解すること,「集団と個人」の視点での高齢者理解,認知症の高齢者への具体的な援助方法,高齢者の人生の過程への注目や現在から未来につながる目標の共有が挙がった。一方で,今後の教育上の課題として,高齢者の健康や看護上の課題に関する学びの充実を図ることが示唆された。  The purpose of this study is to inductively evaluate the student's gerontological nursing practice learning at a daily long-term care group home for dementia patients in accordance with the practice objectives, and obtain implications for future training guidelines. Juniors from A Junior College Department of Nursing who experienced the on-site practices in the year 2011 participated in this study. We employed the research method of categorizing the similarities of the findings based on the inductive grouping of the gerontological nursing practice focalization feedback, in accordance to the practice objectives, of which the students enlist at the end of the practice. The learning focalizations raised from the students covered nine practice objectives. To positively accept/understand the elderly, accept/understand the elderly from \"group and individual\" perspective, specific methods for the elderly dementia patients' care, giving attention to the elderly life stages, and sharing the goals that lead to the future from present, were raised as the characteristic practice learning from the daily long-term care group home which is the actual place of living for the elderly.
