 note = {本研究の目的は，成人看護学実習B における実習目標（5）に関する学生の学びを明らかにし，今後の効果的な教育方法を検討することである。自由記載された実習総括記録を分析の対象とし，記述された内容を質的・帰納的に分析した。分析の結果，【援助的人間関係の成立】【看護観の確立】【看護実践力】【看護の質】【看護マネジメント】の5 つのコアカテゴリーが抽出された。看護観の確立には体験の認識を意識化することが効果的であること，看護実践力の育成には看護実践の評価への指導が必要であること，臨床の知を得るために看護実践を振り返り洞察することが重要であることが示唆された。　This study aimed to identify students' learning and understanding of practicum objective No. 5 of Adult Nursing Practicum B, and examine effective teaching strategies. A qualitative and inductive approach was employed to analyze descriptions of clinical practicum records. As a result, the following 5 core categories were extracted: "establishing a helping relationship, "establishing a personal philosophy of nursing", "clinical nursing  competence", "the quality of nursing care and services", and "nursing management". The findings suggest that: 1）To establish a personal philosophy of nursing, it is helpful for students to think about what they experienced and learned through practicum placements; 2）To enhance nursing competence, it is necessary for teaching staff to provide students with guidance on the evaluation of nursing practice and care delivery; and 3）To attain clinical wisdom, it is important for students to reflect on the delivery of nursing care and explore the implications of such practices/experiences.},
