After the hospital training conducted early June 2012, each of the students who participated in the training was requested to describe approximately five points they learned from the training and the analysis was conducted based on the responses from the students. As a result, the following ten categories were identified; 1. Relationship between those who are nursed and nurses 2. Respect for individuality 3. Importance of medical safety 4. Importance of team medicine 5. Necessity of knowledge and technical skills 6. Innovative idea for environment of medical treatment 7. Behavior of nurse 8. Understanding of life under medical treatment 9. Respect for life and 10. Attractiveness of nurse. Many descriptions referred to \"understanding of the role of nurse\", which was the purpose of the hospital training.
