 note = {P(論文), 本研究は，小児看護学実習での看護学生の小児の健康と看護の役割に対する認識について明らかにし，今 後の実習指導に役立てることを目的とした。質的帰納的研究方法である。その結果，２コアカテゴリ−，６ カテゴリ−，22サブカテゴリ−，643コ−ドを抽出した。コアカテゴリ−は，【小児の成長発達を支える看護】 【健康問題に対応した小児看護の役割】であった。カテゴリ−は，『小児の成長発達への支援』『小児の健康の 維持増進への看護』『小児看護におけるコミュニケーション能力の必要性』『小児の疾病の経過に沿った看護』 『疾病による小児及び家族への影響を最小限にする看護』『健康障害の状況に応じた小児看護の役割』であった。 以上より，看護学生は，小児看護の役割として小児の成長・発達の支援を通じた健康管理と疾病をもつ小 児への看護について認識していることが明らかとなった。, The purpose of this study was to identify nursing students’ recognition of children’s health and nursing roles in pediatric nursing training programs and to obtain their future training methods. This study was conducted using qualitative and inductive approach. As a result , 2 core categories , 6 categories , 21 subcategories, and 643 codes were extracted. The core categories consisted of nursing practice that supports children’s growth and development and the roles of pediatric nursing based on health problems.The six categories were 1)support for children’s growth and development,2)nursing practice to maintain and improve children’s health, 3) the need for communication skills in pediatric nursing, 4)nursing practice that reduces negative effects of diseases on children and their families, 5)nursing practice that is performed based on disease progression, and 6)the roles of pediatric nursing for children’s disorders . These results revealed that nursing students well recognize the roles of pediatric nursing, the management of children’s health by supporting their growth and development, and nursing care for children with disorders.},
