 note = {要介護(支援)認定を受けた高齢者が他者に提供サポートを行なうことによる他者貢献感と生活満足感の関連を明らかにすることを目的に介護支援専門員38名による面接聞き取り調査を実施した。対象は、B市要介護(支援)認定者全数2,129名の内、介護保険サービス利用者1,553名から施設入所者494名と認知症の者を除き、調査回答可能な者331名とした。要介護(支援)認定を受けた高齢者は、その年齢やADL得点に影響されず、他者に手段的・交流的・評価的サポートを行うことで他者貢献感が高まった。さらに他者貢献感は年齢やADL得点を超えて生活満足感を高めることが明らかになった。このことより要介護(支援)認定を受けた高齢者の生活満足感を高めるために、個々のADLや生活機能をアセスメントすると同時に、社会的役割の継続のために他者への提供サポートに着目したアプローチの必要性が示唆された。, We conducted a survey to clarify the relation between supports to others provided by the elderly certified as care (assistance)-required and the sense of usefulness to others as well as sense of satisfaction in life. As a result, it has been found that regardless of age or ADL, providing others with instrumental, interchanging and evaluative supports increases the sense of usefulness to others, and that the sense of usefulness to others enhances sense of satisfaction in life, across age and ADL score.
