| 内容記述 | 本研究は、発達障害児の母親を対象に療育機関の専門家に対する援助要請行動の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。A県の児童発達支援事業および福祉型児童発達支援センター24施設を利用する児の母親549人を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。回収票196部（回収率35.7％）のうち、分析に用いるデータに欠損がなく、発達障害に関する診断名以外のものを除外した144人のデータを分析に用いた。子育てについて悩みが「ある」と回答した者のうち、療育機関の専門家に対して援助要請することが「まったくなかった」「ほとんどなかった」「あまりなかった」と回答した者は44人（32.6％）であった。育児ストレスの高低と援助要請頻度の高低とを掛け合わせた結果、育児ストレスが高いが、援助要請頻度が低い群は16人（11.9％, 95％信頼区間=6.4-17.4）であった。発達障害児の母親の精神的健康の悪化を予防するため、母親が適切な援助要請行動をとれるように相談支援体制の充実を図る必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine mother's professional help-seeking regarding their child's developmental problems. Ananonymous self-administered questionnaire was given to a convenience sample of 549 mothers of children with developmentaldisabilities who were users of 24 child development support centers, in A prefecture, Japan. Finally, 196 returned a completedquestionnaire (correct rate: 35.7%) and data of 144 mothers were analyzed. The results showed more than half of the mothers reportedhigh intensity of parenting stress. Furthermore, about 10% of these mothers were reluctant to seek professional help for parentingconcerns and their child's developmental problems. These findings suggest the necessity of improving consultant and support systemfor mothers and their child, to increase professional help-seeking and prevent mothers’ mental disorders. | |||||
