The analysis showed that the most frequently used words were as follows: “child,” “guardian,” “examination,” “conduct,” “think,” “nurse,” “vaccination,” “feel,” “need,” and “family.” These suggest that the students acquired knowledge and skills important in pediatric outpatient nursing. Further, although some words such as “community” and “hospital” were not included in this list, the included words suggest that the students learned about the perspective of community-based integrated care. For the learning outcomes, it is suggested that the students improved their understanding of health maintenance and promotion in the pediatric outpatient clinics. 内容記述 | 本研究は、学生の地域の小児科外来における学びを地域包括ケアの視点からまとめ、今後の実習方法への示唆を得ることを目的とした。研究方法は、同意が得られた実習レポートをKHCoderを使用し、テキストマイニングによる分析を行った。その結果、学生は上位に「子ども」「保護者」「診察」「行う」「考える」「看護師」「予防接種」「感じる」「必要」「家族」を挙げており、小児看護における外来で大切とされる内容を学ぶことができていた。また、上位には挙がらなかったが、「地域」「病院」など地域包括ケアの視点からも学ぶことができていた。以上より、学修成果としては、学生の小児科外来での健康の維持増進の理解は深まっていた。課題としては、指導者や教員が実習目標を共通理解した上で、地域における小児科外来の役割に焦点が当てられよう、指導していく必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||
