| 内容記述 | 高齢者の尊厳を支えるケアを求めて認知症高齢者(認知症者)の8時間中のコミュニケーション量と感情の状況,言語コミュニケーション中の感情の状況等をコミュニケーション対象別にタイムスタディ法で調べその結果を検討した。その結果,認知症者はコミュニケーションなしの時間が7割余と多く,感情も不明が8割近くを占めて多かった。しかし認知症者と他の利用者,家族,介護者のそれぞれの間のコミュニケーション中の感情を比較すると,全ての対象者との言語コミュニケーション中の認知症者の感情は快感情が増加しており,特に家族との間で,快感情が最も増加していた。家族のコミュニケーションの意義が大きく,認知症者の介護では家族の機能の重要性が明らかになった。また,認知症者のコミュニケーション量を増やす関わりが認知症者の生活の質の向上につながるとみなされた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, there has been a greater demand for emphasis on the dignity of the elderly with dementia when they are cared. Then, the authors have researched on communication quantity and feelings of the elderly, and their feelings during the verbal communication. We have found out that they spent more than seventy percent of the research time without communication. Their feelings were not clear in about eighty percent of the research time. We have also found out that the percent of pleasant feelings increased while they communicated, especially with their family. The importance of the role of the family in caring the elderly with dementia has been clearly shown. Relationship enhancing communication improves the quality of life of the elderly with dementia. | |||||
