| 内容記述 | 本研究は、看護職者の共感に関連したストレス尺度の開発を課題とした従前の研究業績に着目し、その研究成果を統計学的な観点から批判的に論評することを目的に行った。研究業績の収集には、データベース「Pubmed」及び「医学中央雑誌web版」を用いた。収集した9件の研究業績で使用されていた5種類の共感に関するストレス測定尺度を分析資料とし、尺度の内容的妥当性と構成概念妥当性の検討に適切な統計学的手法を用いているかの観点から評価した。その結果、統計学的に適切な解析方法が用いられていた測定尺度は、看護師の感情労働測定尺度（ELIN）と看護師用二次的外傷性ストレス測定尺度であった。しかし、ELINは感情労働によるストレスの頻度を測定する尺度であり、看護師用二次的外傷性ストレス測定尺度はストレス反応の程度を測定する尺度であるため、ストレス認知を測定している尺度は皆無であった。以上のことから、看護師の共感から生じるストレス認知測定尺度を開発する必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The literature on the measurement of empathy-related stress in nurses was critically reviewed from a statistical viewpoint. Websearches were conducted using 2 databases: PubMed and Ichushi Web, and 9 papers using 5 empathy-related stress scales wereidentified. On examining the appropriateness of the analytical methods used to confirm the content and construct validity of thesescales, those for the Emotional Labor Inventory for Nurses and a nursing version of the Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale werestatistically appropriate. The former measures the frequency of stress due to emotional labor, while the latter examines the degree ofstress response, rather than evaluating stress recognition. The results suggest the necessity of developing scales to measure nurses’recognition of their own empathy-related stress. | |||||
